1 lb boneless chicken
2 T flour
2 t ginger
S&S to taste
3 T butter
1/4 cup OJ
8 ounces cran sauce
2 T honey
-mix flour, ginger, S&P
-coat chix and brown in butter
-melt butter, flour and mix in cran, oj and honey to sauce and put chicken in pan, simmer 20 mintues
