Vermont Rhubarb Cobbler

-Cut 1 inch pieces of rhubarb, 4-5 cups
-sprinkle with 1 cup sugar and
-mix with 1T cornstarch
-Cover with 1 large can of pineapple

Topping:
1/3 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1t grated orange
1t vanilla
1c flour
1t powder
1/4 t salt
2/3 cup milk
