White Bread

1T shortening
1T salt
2t sugar
1 yeast pkg
2c water
6c flour

-heat 1 cup water, add shortening, salt and sugar
-cool with 1 cup water
-add yeast dissolved in water
-add remaining flour
-knead 10 minutes on 4 speed
-rise to double
-bake 400 25-30 minutes
