Greek Chicken Soup

Boil a chicken with 1 choppe onion
pick chicken
1/2 c rice to 3c stock, boil 15 minutes

5 egg whites, whipped
juice of 2 lemons
whip yolks and add to above
add stock slowly to fluff while whipping to not scramlbe egg
add salt and pepper
