Ann's Hot Rum Drink

1 BOTTLE 32 OUNCES CRANBERRY JUICE COCKTA1L
1 ORANGE SLICED
1 LEMON SLICED
1 CUP DARK RUM

HEAT CRANBERRY JUICE WITH THE ORANGE AND LEMON SLICES OVER MEDIUMHEAT BRING IT TO A SIMMER AND THE FLAVORS START TO MELD TOGETHERTURN OFF THE HEAT AND STIR IN THE RUM SERVE IMMEDIATELY. MAKES 4 SERVING.. THIS IS GREAT..

Ann's Favorite Salad

TOMATO, BASIL, AND MOZZARELLA SALAD

1 lb. lg., red, very ripe tomatoes (2-3 tomatoes)
2 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 leaves fresh basil
2 tsp. olive oil
Dash cracked pepper

Slice tomatoes crosswise into 1/2 inch thick slices; 4 slices per tomato. Arrange 2-3slices on each salad plate. Sprinkle Mozzarella on top of each tomato. Cut fresh basil leaves into strips and top each tomato with basil. Drizzle olive oil over the tops and add a dash of pepper. Enjoy!
