Vegetarian Lentil Burgers

In a food processor combine
1 cup cooked lentils,
1 cup diced mushrooms,
1 sliced onion,
1/2 cup rolled oats,
2 chopped garlic cloves,
1 tbsp. cumin,
1/2 tsp. cayenne powder, and salt and pepper to taste.

Form into patties and
cook over medium-high heat for three to four minutes per side.
Serve these super-nutritious burgers on whole-grain buns with desired toppings.
