Good for you cacciatore

One pkg ground turkey/chicken
1c frozen or fresh peppers
3/4 c frozen or fresh sliced onion
mushrooms (optional)
1 can kitchen ready tomatoes
1T garlic
peppr to taste (some cayene if you want)

two ways to do this: either crock pot or stove top
crock pot: dump everything in, turn on low and leave overnight (6-7 hours)

stovetop:
in pan spray pam and brown poultry with garlic
add veggies and cook
add tomatoes and simmer
eat
