Fresh Gazpacho, no processed food

3-4 cups tomatoes with their juices. (fresh with skins) 4ish cups cucumbers. 1 pepper- green, red, yellow, or orange. 6 cloves of garlic 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1 teaspoons salt (or to taste) 1 tablespoon dried oregano or basil or both. Instructions: 1. Blend together the tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers. 2. Add the cloves of garlic, one at a time, tasting the mixture, and stopping when you like the amount of garlic. 3. Add the rest of the ingredients as needed. 4. Serve chilled. Thanks from pennilessparenting.com
