Fajita Marinade

juice of 1 lime
2 tsp olive oil
4 cloves minced or crushed garlic
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cumin
1/3 cup chopped cilantro

In a large ziploc bag mix all ingredients. Add strips of sirloin, chicken or shrimp. Marinate in the fridge at least 2 hours or overnight.
