100 year old pie crust

This recipie has been handed down through four generations of my family. Thank you Meme.

2 1/2 c flour
1t salt
1c lard (1/2 lb) or substitute crisco
1/2 c milk
1T vinegar

-cut in flour, salt and lard until it's about the size of small peas, set aside
-mix vinager and milk to curdle and mix into flour peas
-roll out dough, if too soft, put in fridge 20 minutes
-bake 425 for 15 minutes, reduce to 375 until brown
