Gram's Grey Pork Stuffing

2 lbs ground pork
Uneada biscuts, 2 boxes
salt and pepper
Bell's seasoning
medium onion, diced small
celery

-boil all ingredients except cracker, covered in water
-cook down 1 hour
-put in crushed crackers and thicken

350, 4 hours, can be cooked in a bird
