8 ice cream sandwiches
3 pints strawberry ice cream, softened
1c hot fudge
1c heavy cream, whipped
1/3 c walnuts, chopped
1 ripe banana
chill 9in springform pan
quarter sandwiches and freeze firm tall against springform pan
fill center with ice cream
cover and freeze 1hr to 1 week
Ready to serve:
spoon on warm fudge, bananas and cream
