White Chocolate Cheese Cake

1/2c heavy cream
1/2 c chopped white chocolate
1 1/2lb (3 8oz pkgs) cream cheese, room temp
3/4 c sugar
1/2 t vanilla
4 eggs
1c white chocolate bits

-press crust 1 inch up pan
-bake 350 15-18 minutes
-reduce oven to 275

-melt cream and chocolate over medium heat, set aside
-mix cream cheese smooth
-stir in sugar, salt and vanilla
-add eggs 1 at a time and mix on med-low speed
-add bits
bake at 275 for 60-70 minutes, center should be 165 degrees and jiggle a little
-crack oven door and let coo 1 hour in oven
-pop pan and chill overnight
