Flan with caramel sauce

Caramel:
3/4 c sugar
cook unitl bubbles on low heat and turns caramel color
coat sides and bottom of pan, let cool completely

Flan:
4 eggs
8oz cream cheese
either 1/2c sugar or 8oz condensed milk
1t vanilla

mix ingredients, pour into pan
immerse in water bath
broil 25 minutes
cool, flip and serve
