Seafood Casserole

Dill
Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
Marsala (or white wine)
shredded jack cheese
1pkg Knorr newburg sauce, made
1 lb salmon
1/2 lb bay scallops
1/2 lb shrimp (uncooked)
1 red pepper, diced
1 yellow onion, diced
1 tomato
3 cloves garlic

saute onions and peppers in butter until onions are clear, put aside
arrange seafood in casserole dish
pour wine/marsala, don't submerge
squeeze 1/2 lemon into dish
sprinkle dill
layer veggies
cover in newburg sauce
bake 350, 30 minutes
