Strawberry Rubarb Pie

1 100 year old pie crust, unbaked (see other recipe)

1 c sugar
1/4 c flour
1 egg
4 c rhubarb
1 c strawberries, sliced
1 T butter

mix sugar, flour, egg
fill pie with fruit
pour mixture over filling
add butter over top in globs
cover pie with second crust
bake 425 40-50 minutes
